Return & Refund Policy

At Sithara, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns are accepted only for:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing items in the package

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or worn jewelry
• Products damaged due to improper handling
• Customized or personalized items
• Products returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements only if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered. Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
